HIGH CAPACITY UNMANNED FIRE FIGHTING VEHICLE

The Firemote 4800 Fire-Fighting Robot is an electrically powered tracked Unmanned Ground Vehicle fitted with a monitor, 4,800 Litre/Min variable pattern fire-fighting nozzle, second shield spray nozzle, colour navigation cameras, thermal imaging camera, 4-gas monitoring, local cooling system and roll-flat hose inlet.  Its 1 Tonne weight and articulated track system make it stable at full flow on a variety of terrains.

The Firemote Remotely Operated Vehicle or ROV is controlled from a panel that can be situated outside the danger area with no line-of-sight necessary. The panel features a daylight viewable monitor that simultaneously displays a software dashboard with the Firemote’s parameters and video feedback for ease of navigation. The panel can also record or send on video files to a command centre.

 

USE THE FIREMOTE 4800 FOR:

  • Fire fighting with water or foam without fire-fighters having to set up or operate monitors in danger areas
  • Deploying Cintec Waterwall blast protectors around acetylene and other gas cylinders, IED’s or bombs to limit blast damage
  • Decontamination in Chemical, Biological, Radiation or Nuclear Incidents  Crowd control in civil disturbance situations

DEPLOYMENT SITUATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Areas of potential structural collapse such as, workshops,  factories, retail units and warehouses
  • Refineries,  power plants and fuel depots
  • Road incidents, rail incidents, aircraft and maritime emergencies
  • Tunnels
